Did you know that hours before his death EAP was found on the Baltimore streets incoherent, wearing another man's clothes and totally out of it. In other words, he had no idea where he had been. Kind of sums it up for the author of the Raven, one of his most famous creepy stories. I read his book and some of the tales were pretty horrific. I wonder if the evilness he wrote about was part of him and led to his fatal, way too early, demise.
